Raising the profile of Skipton International’s UK buy-to-let mortgage products amongst a targeted audience – British expats in over 100 countries around the world.
A long-term PR campaign using news and expert commentary about expat mortgages, and the UK buy-to-let market. We focused on media in key markets, supplying them with a mixture of news releases and editorials, coupled with promoted exposure of editorials through social media and advertising.
Skipton International experienced a dramatic increase in enquiries from British expats as potential customers heard about the products, and saw how they might answer their buy-to-let financing needs. From January 2016 to January 2017, Skipton International experienced a 47% increase in applications from clients around the world, with regional rises of up to 70% in the United Arab Emirates, and of up to 250% from British expats in Hong Kong.
